New Bus App: EZArrival

The Waynesville R-VI School District will be using a new bus tracking app called EZArrival in the 2026-2027 school year.

EZArrival replaces BusQuest and gives you the same real-time bus tracking, delay notifications and transportation updates.

Best of all, your existing account and settings will work automatically in EZArrival; no new registration or additional setup required!
_________________________________
Please follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for “EZArrival” or see the QR codes below.

2. Download the app (It’s free.)

3. Log in with your current BusQuest username and password. That’s it. Your existing login works in EZ Arrival — no new account, no re-registration, no extra steps. If your login is saved on your phone (in iCloud Keychain, Google Password Manager, or another password manager), you can use that saved username and password to log in to EZ Arrival. If you’ve forgotten your password, simply tap “Reset Password” on the EZ Arrival login screen and follow the steps. It works the same way as the password reset in BusQuest.

Ten Waynesville R-VI Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Launch Teams participated in the 2026 Missouri S&T Project Lead the Way (PLTW) Showcase.

STEM Launch Academy students in grades 3-5 explored how real-world drones can make a meaningful impact by supporting people, animals and conservation efforts. Through research and collaboration, they developed ideas for using drones to deliver food and medical supplies while also monitoring the needs and behaviors of threatened and endangered animals.

Based on feedback and evaluation scores from higher-education faculty and guests at the showcase, Launch Team 5 members Hannah R., Joseph H., Gwyneth E. and Carileigh T. were selected as the Project Based Learning STEM Team of the Year.

“Their project stood out for its originality, creativity and problem-solving, featuring a skywalk that allows visitors to observe animals in a natural setting without disturbing the animals or their habitat,” said Dr. Saralice Campbell, PLTW Launch teacher.

Team 5 members received certificates, programmable robots and other prizes.
