Red – Please read it now! Red indicates that the information is critical or requires an immediate or mandatory response.

Yellow – Please read it today. Yellow indicates the information is about major projects, tests or requires your response.

Green – Please read it when it’s convenient. Green indicates the information is something that you can read after work or when it’s convenient for you.

The Waynesville R-VI School District is now accepting applications for Free and Reduced meal assistance for the 2026-27 school year. For your convenience, the school district utilizes an online meal application system.

Free and Reduced Meal Application

To fill out the online application for free and reduced meal assistance, please click on this link: https://www2.myschoolapps.com/Home/PickDistrict (or scan the QR code at right) and enter 65583 for the Waynesville R-VI School District. Free and Reduced Meal Application QR code

- You may also download the application. Printed copies are also available at our schools.

- Additional instructions are at https://www.waynesville.k12.mo.us/page/free-reduced-meal-application-and-information

New applications are due each year

Please note: a new application is required by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education for each new school year.

Important notice:

Any charges prior to meal status approval will be the responsibility of the family.

Why Apply?

Many of the programs within the Waynesville R-VI School District are based upon the percentage of students who qualify for free/reduced meals. That information can only be determined accurately if we have a meal application on file for every family for this school year.

More details

- Please allow a minimum of two weeks for your application to be processed.

- Meal applications are stamped with the date received upon arrival in the Food Services Office. Meal status changes are effective as of the date the Food Service Office receives your application. Your application status notification will be e-mailed to you. If you do not receive notification, please contact our office to assure your application has been received and processed.

- Notice for new students: meal assistance applications cannot be processed until your student’s district enrollment is complete.

More information

If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact the Food Services Office at 573-842-2099 and or email mfroehlich@waynesville.k12.mo.us.

New Bus App: EZArrival

The Waynesville R-VI School District will be using a new bus tracking app called EZArrival in the 2026-2027 school year.

EZArrival replaces BusQuest and gives you the same real-time bus tracking, delay notifications and transportation updates.

Best of all, your existing account and settings will work automatically in EZArrival; no new registration or additional setup required!
_________________________________
Please follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for “EZArrival” or see the QR codes below.

2. Download the app (It’s free.)

3. Log in with your current BusQuest username and password. That’s it. Your existing login works in EZ Arrival — no new account, no re-registration, no extra steps. If your login is saved on your phone (in iCloud Keychain, Google Password Manager, or another password manager), you can use that saved username and password to log in to EZ Arrival. If you’ve forgotten your password, simply tap “Reset Password” on the EZ Arrival login screen and follow the steps. It works the same way as the password reset in BusQuest.
