East students, grades K-5, had the opportunity to inspect the Nature Path, during Day 0. Thank you to our guest speaker Mr. Dustin Moss, Biologist-Installation Pest Management Coordinator, United States Army Corps Engineers-DPW Natural Resource Branch. The students loved hearing about Biologists and all the neat exploring they do with Nature. During Day 0 East highlights 1 of the 6 Career Paths - students have had the pleasure to hear from 4 Career Paths and we all look forward to the last 2!

Congratulations to our January Leaders of the Month! These students were recognized for Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, then to Be Understood. This means they look at things from a new perspective and they listen to other people's ideas. Keep up the great work, East Tigers!

East students, grades 3-5, danced the morning away while learning about the Arts & Communication Path, during Day 0. Our special guests Ms. Ashley Minzes (Destination Dance Owner and Instructor) and Ms. Shauna Jefferson (Instructor) presented their roles to the students and lead engaging "dance" group activities. Thank you Destination Dance - our students were excited to see where the creative path can lead them.
