Bernard named WMDS Student of Month
Cassandra Bernard, an eighth grader, has been named the Waynesville Middle School Student of the Month for May and was honored May 10 at the monthly meeting of the Rotary Club of Pulaski County.
Cassandra, the daughter of David Bernard and Joan Lenahan-Bernard, is an ‘A’ student. She is committed to academics and her teachers describe her as being a very diligent student. Bernard is a member of National Junior Honor Society and the WMDS choir. She loves science and is a past Science Fair winner. In the future Bernard’s goal is to attend college and possibly become a business manager.
