Dizney Estrada, an eighth grader at Waynesville Middle School, has been named the Waynesville Middle School Rotary Student of the Month and was honored Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at the monthly Rotary Club Meeting.
Estrada, the daughter of Joe and Rosali is an outstanding student at Waynesville Middle School. Estrada has a 99% attendance rate, 4.0 grade point average and is a member of the National Junior Honor Society. Estrada is taking high school algebra 1 and Spanish 2. Estrada’s leadership is defined by her willingness to help others succeed. Estrada would like to attend medical school at Baylor University in Texas as she pursues her career goal of general surgeon.
