Freedom Elementary students create bullet journals

Freedom Elementary’s fourth and fifth grade students created their own bullet journals, or BuJos, to start off the new year. Students were introduced to the history and various uses of journaling. Bullet journaling is an excellent resource for organizing information. Students adapted quickly to goal setting and information tracking, thanks to their current experience with their Leader in Me leadership journals. The best part, according to the students, was being able to personalize and design their own pages and spreads. Journals and supplies were purchased with a grant from the Wayesville R-VI Foundation.
