Waynesville School of Practical Nursing (Adult Nursing Program) hosted its annual multicultural fair with students being assigned to different countries. Students researched the traditional culture within that country, wrote essays and gave presentations, which included two traditional food dishes. The goal is to help prepare nursing students to provide better patient care by familiarizing them with different cultural beliefs and practices and helping them navigate situations, such as dietary differences.
