Waynesville JROTC Patriot Day

Waynesville JROTC cadets presented the Colors at the Opening Ceremony at the Patriot Day event at the Waynesville City Park on Sept. 10, 2022.  In the background are the names of the lives that were lost during the 9-11 attacks as well as 21 flags, representing each year since the attack.
