Wood Elementary students and staff gathered on Monday, Sept. 12, 2022, to pause and remember the first responders and other heroes from 9/11. Everyone was asked to wear red, white and blue to honor the first responders for Patriot Day. Wood’s Leader In Me Junior Lighthouse Team led the assembly for Patriot’s Day.
