WCC DECA students qualify for international competition

Earlier in the spring, Waynesville Career Center students participated in the state level DECA Competition. The following students qualified for the DECA International Competition: Anthony Esguerra – Food Marketing; Nico Reyes – Automotive Services; Lydia Choi – Professional Selling; Isabella Imodio – Professional Selling; and Siraprapa Rawaekklang –  Start-Up Business Plan. Choi and Rawaekklang also achieved the School-Based Enterprise Gold Certification for the school store WCC Express. They were recognized at the May 17 Board meeting.
