During their Super Session this morning, Waynesville High School staff members received praise for:
- being named a Best High School in the U.S. News and World
Report rankings at #61 out of more than 600 high schools in
the state
- teachers continually improving the use of their data and
working to close the learning gap between last spring and
this year
- teachers implementing more highly effective teaching
strategies in the classroom
- working to keep the building extra clean and following
COVID precautions and guidelines, which have enabled
students to remain in the seated classroom
- working on promoting a “We” mentality throughout the
building
