Student Leadership Team meets with Board of Education

The Student Leadership Team provides an opportunity for students to provide input to the Waynesville R-VI Board of Education on numerous topics of interest to the school district. On Jan. 19, students shared their thoughts on student mental and physical health and the programming that can help students improve their health during the pandemic. The Student Leadership Team and district administration routinely meet to brainstorm ideas for the students to share with the Board of Education. The student leadership team representatives were Shayla Jones, Tyshawn Byrd, Bella Amodio and Jamie Williamson (unable to attend).
