Cockman named Student of the Month
Avery Cockman, a junior at Waynesville High School, has been named the Waynesville High School Rotary Student of the Month for December and was honored Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2020, at the monthly Rotary Club meeting. She is the daughter of Micah Cockman.
One of her nominators said, “I so enjoy Avery in class! She is always polite and courteous.” Cockman is described as a caring person who shows empathy, compassion and kindness for others.
