Naudia Evans, a Waynesville High School senior, scored her 1000th point during the Dec. 7 varsity girls basketball game between the Waynesville Tigers and the Newburg Wolves. These photos show her making the record-setting basket. Evans has signed to play basketball on the collegiate level with Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Ariz.
