Free sports and activity physicals Aug. 4-6 at Mercy
A MSHSAA physical is required each year for Waynesville High School and Middle School students who participate in sports, JROTC Raiders, and/or band during the 2020-21 school year.
Free physicals are donated by Mercy Clinic in St. Robert and will be performed
at Mercy Clinic in St. Robert from 5– 6:30 p.m. on these days:
Tuesday, Aug. 4, for last names beginning with A-H
Wednesday, Aug. 5, for last names beginning with I-P
Thursday, Aug. 6, for last names beginning with Q-Z
A parent signature will be needed on the physical form or a parent must be present for
the exam.
To participate in the fall events, students must have a physical dated after Feb. 1, 2020, on file at the athletic office before the first day of practice. The MSHSAA Physical Form is available at https://waynesvilletigerathletics.org/library/files/demo1069.bigteamsdemo_com_1743/files/MSHSAA%20Physical%20and%20Pre-Participation%20Forms.pdf. Even though the form states that it is valid for two years, the Waynesville R-VI School District requires all participants in the activities listed above to have an annual physical.
Middle school participants in the activities listed above should turn their physical forms into the nurse at the middle school.
The first day of practice for high school sports is Aug. 10, 2020. The first day of practice for middle school sports is Aug. 17. A list of sports and their seasons is located at https://www.waynesville.k12.mo.us/Page/9548.
