District to offer free meals in July through drive-up services only

Waynesville R-VI School District announces that changes will be made to the free meal service for children beginning in July.  Buses will not be running in July; however, the district will offer drive-up services for free meals for children in July as follows:

n  Monday, July 6:  8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Waynesville Middle School (Each bag will contain meals for six days.)

n  Monday, July 13:  8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Waynesville Middle School (Each bag will contain meals for six days.)

n  Monday-Friday, July 20-31:  9 to 10:30 a.m. at East Elementary, Wood Elementary and Waynesville High School (Each bag will contain meals for one day.)

Please note that the information above applies ONLY to July.  The meals will continue to be delivered via bus on weekdays through June 30 and the meals will continue to be available at the drive-up locations at Wood and Freedom elementary schools and the high school through June 30.
