A+ Program news update

Changes to the A+ Program have been announced by the Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development.  To summarize, they are as follows:

1)    High school seniors who will graduate in 2020 who have a 2.5 GPA at either the end of their fall 2019 or spring 2020 semester will remain eligible.

2)    High school seniors who will graduate in 2020 will need to complete 25 hours of unpaid tutoring or mentoring, a reduction from the original 50 hours.

Please note that no changes have been made at this time to the Algebra I EOC requirement; however, if additional information becomes available, WHS will notify students.
