Williams Early Childhood Center staff members receive praise
Williams Early Childhood Center staff members received praise for their success during their Super Session on Nov. 1.
Dr. Brian Henry, superintendent, praised the team for:
- Having last year’s students achieve 80% proficient or above on all standards, setting the stage for a successful kindergarten year, and for establishing the same goal for this year’s students
- engaging all members of the team in leadership. Through a shared leadership approach, each staff member serves on a cadre led by a leadership team member to increase the number of individuals involved in making important decisions at Williams
- winning 1st place in the Homecoming float contest and for their enthusiasm, hard work and engagement of Partners in Education in the float’s creation
