¡Bienvenido a mi página web! I am Melissa Jones, one of Waynesville High School's three Spanish teachers. I have been teaching in Waynesville since 2003. I graduated from MSU with a bachelor's of science in Spanish education and Southwest Baptist University with a master's in education.  I currently teach Spanish II, Spanish III and Spanish IV. I am married with two sons, Griffin and Owen.  I love watching my children play sports and traveling.  I love traveling personally but also with students.   Traveling with students gives me an opportunity to take the learning from the classroom to the world. In the past I have traveled with students to Spain, Italy, Costa Rica and Ecuador. It is always a fantastic learning experience for our students.  I enjoy teaching here at Waynesville High School and I am looking forward to a great school year.
