Welcome! I am excited to be your child's third grade teacher! Here is a little bit about me...I can't wait to learn all about you!
I was raised in Lebanon, Missouri and graduated from high school there in 2006. After that, I attended Drury University and graduated with a Masters in Cross-Categorical (K-12) Special Education in December 2013. Upon graduating from highschool, my first job was as an ECSE paraprofessional at Esther Elementary in Lebanon from August 2007-May 2012. I started my first official year of teaching in 3rd-5th ID/Autism at Freedom in August 2012. Then, I did my first year as an LD teacher in the District in 2016-2017. This is my first year as a regular education classroom teacher!
I married my husband, Page, in 2013, and in 2014 we had our first child, Aubree. She is now 4 years old and brings a whole new level of fun and excitement to our lives. Aubree enjoys taking weekly gymnastics and dance classes, going on walks with mom, riding the fourwheeler with dad, and hanging out with Grandma during the work week. She is our pride and joy and she keeps us busy! We will be welcoming, Brynlee to our family in November of 2018. We live in Lebanon, Missouri on 70 acres and enjoy hunting, fishing, riding our four-wheelers/dirtbikes, playing with cows, chickens and dogs. In our free time you can find us at Pomme de Terre, camping and boating or at Lucas Oil Speedway!
I look forward to a great year with you and your family!
