Hello! Welcome to Kindergarten!

I am so glad that you have joined the East family this school year!!! This year will be full of new experiences, not only for you, but for me as well.  Each day will bring new ideas, adventures, and will be bursting with entertaining educational moments.  I hope that you look forward to the upcoming school year as much as I do.

Although school, and especially kindergarten, seems to be about the child, I want all parents to understand that YOU are part of this amazing family too.  There are many opportunities for you to learn with your child, help within the classroom, participate in school activities, and much more.  Volunteering is always appreciated.  And something as simple as lunch with your child can be an extraordinary moment for everyone! 

Please know this:  you are ALWAYS welcome within our classroom.  So please stop in! I look forward to meeting each and every one of you.  If you ever need anything, my door is always open.  Call me or e-mail me at school, anytime!  I am here to help, listen, and to learn.
