Mrs. Joy Thompson

Greetings and salutations!

I am so excited to start my first year with the Waynesville school district at Waynesville High School. While this will be my first year here, I will be starting my second year of teaching. I am eager to share with my students an appreciation of math and how valuable communication can be in the learning experience.

I have been married to my husband, Dane, for three years now and we live in Salem, Missouri. We have written a crazy love story, but we are always looking forward toward adding more pages to it.

I am happy to share that I will be teaching Algebra 1 and Geometry. I have heard wonderful things about the students at this school and I look forward to working alongside your students and add to their learning journey.
