Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education

Mrs. Waters

Hello! My name is Tabitha Waters. For the past five years, I have worked in the Crocker school district as a paraprofessional. Working with small children sparked my passion for teaching. I worked at Waynesville High School as a study skills teacher last year. I am ecstatic about starting my career at East Elementary! The staff at East is exceptional, and I am excited to collaborate with my team. I am excited about meeting my students and building relationships with each one of them and their families.

My bachelors is in Elementary Education through Grand Canyon University. In the future, I will pursue a master’s degree to further my education.

I am originally from the Branson area but currently reside in Crocker with my husband and my six children. Yes, you read that correctly! My husband is the Superintendent of the Crocker School District. Isaiah, my oldest, lives in Branson. He loves his career of digging dynamite and removing large masses of rock. Mariah, my oldest daughter, is working towards her RN certificate and recently married her high school sweetheart. Sariah is my senior, Sophiah is in the sixth grade, Trish is in the fifth grade, and Kota is in the third. They are all very active in sports.

In my spare time I enjoy making tumblers and crafting. My family and I enjoy going camping. Most of all, I enjoy attending Chiefs and Cardinals sporting events with my husband and kids! I am an avid Chiefs fan!
