Mr. Jon Black

Hello, I am very excited about working with your students this year. I have been teaching in the Waynesville School District since 2018. I have been at East Elementary and The Piney Ridge Center prior. This year I will be teaching Biology and U.S. History. I am also an assistant wrestling and track coach as well. I am a graduate of Waynesville High School and am excited to be teaching at my old high school. I graduated from Drury University in Springfield, MO, with my bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, and I am continuing my education to finish my Master's in Special Education from Drury University. I live in Waynesville with my wife Ashley and our four children; Emma, Ava, Sloane, and Owen.
