    East Elementary year-end drop-off and pick-up procedures

    East Elementary parents will drop off their children's school-issued items by HOUSE at the times below based on the first letter of their child's last name. Parents should drive to the back of the building near the FEMA shelter, where the drop off and pick up exchange will occur. Parents should remain in their vehicles. 

    Black House - Tuesday, May 26

    Gray House - Wednesday, May 27 

    Orange House - Thursday, May 28

    Alternative times and day: 3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, May 29

    From 3 to 6 p.m. on May 27, all parents may drop off and pick up items, regardless of last name and house, as well as from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, May 29.

    Times are by last name

    Procedures:

    • Parents will pull through the parent drop-off & pick-up line at the back of the building near the FEMA shelter. A staff member or AmeriCorps member will take the items you are returning and then bring your student’s personal items out to the car. Please remain in your vehicle while you are waiting. Parents/students will not be permitted in the building.
