Thayer Year-end drop-off and pick-up procedures
Thayer Elementary parents should drive around to the back of the school and park in the teacher parking lot. At Thayer only, a parent will be allowed to enter the school through the back door of the gym to drop off materials in the cafeteria. Ten or fewer parents will be allowed inside the building at one time to drop off student supplies and pick up personal items. Parents who are standing outside waiting must observe social distancing. If at all possible, parents are asked to come alone, due to the COVID-19 restrictions and social distancing guidelines.
Thayer Elementary parents may drop off and pick up items at the school during the following times on May 26 and May 27, based on the first letter of the child's last name as follows:
May 26 & 27, 2020 - see set times in chart below
Alternative time and date: 3 to 6 p.m. May 27. Parents may return items any time from 3 to 6 p.m. on May 27, regardless of their child's last name.
For more information or if you are unable to drop off your child's items at the designated times, please call Thayer Elementary at 573-842-2200.
