WHS Academic Student Achievement Program
The ASAP program is designed to provide additional academic assistance to those students unable to get adequate assistance throughout the school week. This program is strictly voluntary and will not serve as a punishment to those attending. There will not be any repercussions for signing up to attend an ASAP date, but failing to attend.
It is advised to sign up to attend and coordinate with your teacher so that your assignments, quizzes, tests, etc. will be available on your ASAP date. A testing area with a proctor will be provided for those attending to take an assessment only. Walk-ins are welcome, but services may be limited based on needs and teacher availability.
This is an additional intervention for WHS students. This program would not be possible without teachers volunteering their time to further assist our students.
Check-in and out will be at the Lecture Hall. Please park, drop off and pick up at the Freshmen Center parking lot.
Check-in 8:00 am
Assistance Begins 8:30 am
Proctored Testing Begins 9:00 am
Assistance Ends 11:45 am
IT IS NOT MANDATORY TO STAY FOR THE ENTIRE SESSION, YOU MAY LEAVE ONCE YOU HAVE FULFILLED YOUR ACADEMIC NEEDS.

STUDENTS PLANNING TO ATTEND ASAP DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT A PARTICULAR TEACHER THEY DESIRE TO GET ASSISTANCE FROM WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE DATE YOU HAVE CHOSEN. RECOMMEND PRIOR COORDINATION IF THAT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU.
