Welcome to my page!  This year is my 14th year of teaching.  Previously, I taught 3rd and 5th grade in Central Florida before moving to Missouri to teach 4th.  I have a Master's degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.  While teaching in Florida, I was named a High Impact Teacher from the State of Florida Dept. of Education.   I truly enjoy analyzing what students are expected to learn and finding the most effective methods to ensure students master the content.  I am passinate about creating a safe and inviting environment in the classroom that promotes tolerance and respect for our individual differences.  I look forward to another exciting year with the Waynesville school district.
