East Elementary serves all Kindergarten through 5th-grade students living in the Waynesville area. We are a Professional Learning Community and Positive Behavior Support school. We work diligently to accentuate the positive. East was renovated during the summer of 2010 to improve functionality and the learning environment of our students. East also added a FEMA shelter and two additional classroom spaces in 2014.
