Ms. Tamara Caraker

Welcome to 2nd Grade!

Hello!  My name is Tamara Caraker, and I would like to welcome you and your child to the 2022-23 school year!  This will be my 20th year in education, and my 7th year in the Waynesville R-VI school district.  This will be my third year teaching 2nd grade, and I am so excited to begin this new school year with you and your child!  I have previously taught 1st, 3rd, and 4th grades.  

I have one awesome son, Charlie, who is a sound engineer and lives in Nashville, TN.  I love poodles and have a 15-year-old chocolate-colored, toy poodle named Max who is extremely spoiled. I have a brother and his family who live in Columbia.  I reside near the Lake of the Ozarks along with my wonderful mother.
