Book Checkout Procedures and Policies:We are excited when our students leave the library with a new book to read. Below are the procedures for checking out and returning books.1. Students may keep books for two weeks. If a student would like to keep a book for longer than that, they may renew the book. If a book is checked out for more than two weeks it is considered overdue. Your child may come home with an overdue notice. This is a reminder for the parents and child of the title and description of the book.2. Students may return and check out books outside of their regularly scheduled library time with their classroom library pass.3. If a book becomes lost or damaged, it will be necessary for the book to be replaced. Book fees are located on the overdue notice. Payments may be sent to the library or office. We may not accept replacement books, per district policy.
