ServSafe is a food safety training program leading the way in providing current and comprehensive educational material to the restaurant industry. The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification is recognized as an industry credential by more federal, state, and local jurisdictions than any other food safety certification. Our students are taught this material in the first semester of their first year and provided an exam opportunity. Students must achieve a 75% or higher in order to earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification.
Instructors are ServSafe Certified, ServSafe Certified Instructors, and ServSafe Certified Proctors.
