Raider TeamThe Raider Team is an extreme endurance sport, wherein teams of 9-10 Cadets compete in a wide variety of events over a very short period of time. It is similar to the Ranger Challenge in College ROTC Program. Typical events include the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT), a 10k Run/March with Rucksacks, Obstacle Course, 1 Rope Bridge, Cross Country Liter Carry, a skills competition, and usually one or two event unique mystery events. Our Raiders compete in 8-10 competitions around the region, and at the U.S. Army Cadet Command Raider Nationals each year.
Our Raider Team, sponsored by 1SG (Retired) Meghan Fadl, has successfully competed and won many competitions in the state around our Region. In 2015-2016 our Raider was undefeated in the state and in our region. In 2011 and 2015 they were the 1st Runner's - Up at the U.S. Army Cadet Command Raider National Raider Team Challenge. This, they finished 6th out of 80 Teams from 51 schools across the country.
