    We are looking forward to the start of the 2022-23 school year! 

    This is a friendly REMINDER that the annual forms were due on Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022.  

    1. If you haven’t already done so, it’s TIME to complete the annual back-to-school FORMS in Tyler (Thank you to the thousands who have already completed their forms.)

         All families (including returning families) must complete the annual back-to-school online registration forms, such as the:

    • technology form for a Chromebook to be issued to your child
    • transportation form to let us know if you want your child to ride a bus or you’ll drop them off
    • medical forms
    • release of information forms

    1. If you need help completing the forms, who should you call?  

    Please call your child’s school. The phone numbers for our schools are listed at https://www.waynesville.k12.mo.us/Domain/1517.


    1. How do you access the Tyler SIS parent portal?

    Step A.  Go to the Tyler Parent Portal at https://sisweb.waynesville.k12.mo.us/MOWV360x3/login. If you are unsure of your login information, you can reset your account via the above link. Typically, your email address serves as your username.

    Step B. When you log into the parent portal you need to be logged into the correct school year.   If the academic year is not set to the “2022-2023 Regular School Year”, you will need to toggle to the correct year.

    Step C. Once you are in the correct school year, you should see alerts for any incomplete forms. Click VIEW once you are in the Tyler system to see the forms.  

    ( If you are having difficulty finding the “Click View,” please look for a message like this: ! Required e-forms that have not been submitted (#) View ! Online Registration must be completed for 2022-2023 Regular School Year View.)

    Step D. Please note that you must complete ALL the annual back-to-school registration forms in Tyler in order to submit the transportation form. (All forms must be submitted at once.)

    1. What if I don’t have an account or need to reset my password?

    Information about setting up an account in the Tyler system is at https://www.waynesville.k12.mo.us/Page/12459, including what to do if you forgot your password. 

    1. Will your child be riding a bus to and from school during the 2022-23 school year?

    If so, you must complete the transportation form online in the Tyler Parent Portal in the Tyler SIS system by Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022. Any individuals requesting bus transportation after Aug. 11 may be placed on a waiting list. Please note that all online registration forms are submitted at once and so families must complete all online registration forms in order to submit the transportation form. Please note this is for all Waynesville R-VI students, including returning students.  

    1. Will you be taking your child to school or will your child be driving a private vehicle? 

    If so, you must complete the transportation form in the Tyler Parent Portal in the Tyler SIS system.

    1. Do I really have to complete all the forms in order to submit just one of them?

    Yes.  ALL online registration forms must be completed before clicking on “submit all forms.”  There is only one “submit all forms” button in the system to ensure that families complete all back-to-school annual registration forms.

    1. How will you know if you’ve completed the forms?

    If you have already completed the annual forms, you will not see the Online Registration alert, which means you have completed the process. New families complete the forms as part of their enrollment process.
