The first day of school for all Waynesville R-VI buildings is scheduled for Monday, Aug. 21, 2023. Please see our district directory for individual building hours and student drop off and pick up times. Please also note that we have a 30-minute delayed start on Wednesdays and that will affect student drop off times on Wednesdays only.

Meet the Teacher Nights 

Meet the Teacher Nights for Waynesville R-VI students will be held as follows: 

Aug. 16 – 4 to 6 p.m. Waynesville Middle School, Waynesville High School, Waynesville Career Center

Aug. 17 – 4 to 6 p.m. Williams Early Childhood Center, Parker Preschool, Waynesville Sixth Grade Center, East, Freedom, Partridge, Thayer and Wood Elementary Schools
