Mr. Jonathan Durrett

Hello everyone!

This will be my 19th year as an educator.  I graduated from Murray State University in Kentucky.  I have taught Kindergarten, 2nd, 6th, 7th, and 8th grades.  I spent fourteen of those 19 years teaching science in middle school.  This is my second year at WSGC and I am very glad to be a Waynesville tiger!

I have a son in 4rd grade and a daughter in 6th.  I moved to Missouri from Chicago and I have lived in Rolla for the last six years.

I have high expectations for my students.  I want them to become independent learners that can overcome new challenges on their own.
