• Jump Rope Endurance Club

    The Jump Rope Endurance Club is done each Wednesday and the students try to jump rope without stopping

    for 1 minute first and if they are succesful they try for 2 minutes and if successful then 3 minutes.  As you see 

    we have several in the 1 Minute Club and we contiue to add more each week as well as the 2 Minute and 

    3 Miunte Club.  Jumping Rope helps student delevope the ability to use both sides of their body at the 

    same time which helps in reading as they cross the midline of the body performing this activity.  It is

    also a great way to exercise.  You can heave your child point out their name on the wasll to you.
