Mrs. Ana Hay

Welcome! I am a Special Education teacher here at Wood Elementary. I am excited to work with your child this year! I strive to create a classroom learning environment that students will enjoy, and develop a love for learning! I served in the United States Army, spending most of the time in the snow in Upstate NY. My family and I loved the snow, just not in May! We are enjoying the four seasons here in Missouri. We love this town! My husband graduated from Waynesville High School, and now our three boys will get to graduate from the same school their Dad did! Some of our family has now also moved here to stay. That is so nice, because in a military family having family close by is rare. My husband is retiring soon from the Army, and Waynesville is now our home! The furry friends in our family are two furry kitties, and two sweet Labrador dogs! I look forward to meeting and working with you all!
