STUDENT DRESS

Students shall be neat in their dress, personal care, and grooming with the goal of building personal pride and giving a desirable image to our school. Student dress that is disruptive to the learning process or causes a child to receive undue attention is inappropriate.  Hats may not be worn inside the building except on designated days. In warm weather, shorts should be of appropriate length and shirts/blouses should cover the shoulder, back, underarm, and midriff areas.  Clothing during the winter months should be appropriate for outdoor recesses.

Students should refrain from wearing flip flops or loose fitting shoes (untied or loose tennis shoes) on the play ground due to possible student injury.
