Here are some ways to help our school without a lot of effort:
Boxtops For Education
Clip Boxtops and send them in to school with your child. Boxtops will be collected monthly from each classroom. For each Boxtop we collect, the school will receive 10¢. Last year we received a little more than $550.00 for Boxtops. We would like to exceed that amount this school year.
Goodsearch and Goodshop
If you search the Internet or shop online, you can help our school by logging on to Goodsearch and Goodshop.
Goodsearch is a search engine powered by Yahoo that will donate a penny for ever search you do through their site. At our school we use it and it works. You will be able to find all the regular sites you would through regular Yahoo, and our school will be given a penny for every search you do.
Goodshop is an extension of Goodsearch but is like an online shopping mall with hundreds of stores to choose from. The catch is, each of these stores donate a percentage of the amount of sale to our school. Prices will be the same whether you shop at their online site or through Goodshop, but you can help us raise money by going through this site.
If you are interested in either of these sites, please go to Goodsearch.com and type in "Thayer" in the box, then select "Thayer Elementary School (Ft. Leonard Wood, MO)" from the pull down menu. After you do that, search or shop away!
