Any student graduating from Waynesville High School is required by Waynesville School Board action to attain twenty-five (25) units of credits.  The requirements are as follows:

The above graduation requirements will be met under the approved courses of studies offered at Waynesville High School.  Any exceptions of these requirements must have prior permission from the high school principal and the superintendent or his/her designee.
 
*Students must take at least one course designated as a technology credit in order to graduate. The following courses meet the requirement for a technology credit: Commercial Art, Computer Business Applications,  Introduction to Computer Programming, Intermediate Computer Programming, Multimedia, Introduction to
Computer Science, Beginning Television Journalism, Beginning Television Graphics, Advanced Television Graphics and Journalism, Computer Graphic Design, Computer Maintenance and Network Technology, Commercial Printing, and Scholastic Journalism I, II, and III.
**In order to meet the personal finance requirement students must either earn .5 credit in Personal Finance or pass the Missouri Personal Finance Exam.  The exam will be given to juniors and seniors enrolled in the following courses for which the Personal Finance objectives are embedded: Economics, Consumer Science, JROTC LET III and IV.
