Welcome, to my class.  Here are some good tips to get the day started off right!

Set a bed time and stick to it.
Eat a balanced breakfast, it's a long time till lunch.
Don't bring the whole year's supply of materials. Find a safe place to store at home, lockers are small.
Set your bookbag, packed and ready to go, by the door or your bed before you go to sleep.
Lay out all papers to be signed by parents in an agreed upon space. That way they are easy to grab on the way out the door.
Take a moment to review and visualize the positives of the day to come.
