Welcome to my class web page.  My name is Paula Charleson and I teach 4th grade at Freedom Elementary School in Waynesville, MO.  Being a military wife, I have been fortunate to have had the oportunities to teach in many wonderful school districts.  I began teaching 5th grade in Germany at Grafenwoehr Elementary and then moved to Killeen, Texas where I taught 3rd - 6th grade at Pershing Park Elementary.  After 4 years, I moved to Manhattan, KS. where I taught 5th grade at both Northview and Bluemont Elementary Schools.  My most recent move to Waynesville, MO. has brought me to 4th grade and I LOVE IT!  The kids are wonderful and eager to learn.  I plan on making this a memorable year and teach many lifelong strategies that will improve their performance in the classroom.  Feel free to contact me anytime you have questions.  (pcharleston(at)waynesville.k12.mo.us or 587-451-2100) I am always eager to discuss student progress and concerns.  Here is to a Fabulous Fourth Grade experience! :)
